It is interesting how everyone wanted to buy 3 years ago "at any price" My sellers actually would increase their prices by10, 50, $100,000 and and get it!  Now Sellers want to sell and buyer say it's not low enough! Actually, people who make money buy as prices are declining and stop buying when they start increasing........Be a smart buyer
